It's no lie that in some parts of the country, a cat...is a dime a dozen,
but the cats im about to show you are anything but..
THE MOST EXPENSIVE
Ashera (hybrid feline & hypoallergenic)
*a result of breeding the African Surval and the Asian Leopard cat with a domestic cat*

Weighing in at an astonishing 30lb and towering at 3.3feet (on hind legs) these feline hybrids are the size of some dogs!

Price to own : $22,000-$28,000

Savannah(hybrid feline)
*a result of breeding a domestic cat and the African Serval*

Cost varies due to the age, pattern and how close the kitten is to the original crossing.
The most expensive contains at least 50% serval. That can set you back $22,000.

Bengal (hybrid feline)
*result of breeding domestic feline and an Asian Leopard Cat*
ONCE PURCHASED FOR $42,000!!

This breed of feline holds the record for the most money ever spent on a cat! Way back in 1998 an English woman by the name of Cindy Jackson bought her Bengal cat "Furr ball" for $42,000!!
According to Wiki~ there are only 60,000 in the world

The Sphynx (Mutation Feline)

Why the loss of hair?? Anecdotal evidence shows that hairless cats have been the results of natural mutation that occurs in the cat population every 15-20 years.

The Peterbald (Mutation Feline)

This is another hairless breed of cat developed in St. Petersburg in the 1980's.

*I thought i would include some of my favorite, less expensive NATURAL feline breeds*
